Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective.
